The overall service experience was good. The staff was responsive and the job was done in a timely manner. However, I am having an issue that I still need help to resolve. I put my vehicle in for a scheduled service including an oil change. Since the service was completed, myBuick app indicates that the oil is dangerously low and still needs to be changed. Also, this morning my dashboard warning also indicates the that the oil needs to be changed. I don't understand why this is happening. I left a message with the person who checked my vehicle in earlier this morning.
