As always, the experience with the service department was great. They were prompt and professional. However, the primary reason for bringing my vehicle for service was not repaired. The service tech did not diagnose the issue properly, so I have to go back for another appointment and am taking the tech for a ride to ensure they hear the issue that I am hearing. I had this same issue of inaccurate diagnosis with another front end problem with this same vehicle earlier this year and an beginning to tire of dealing with the mechanical issues. I am in the market for a 2500 truck and am looking at Sierra 2500 HD Denalis, but am considering other brands because of the issues I am having with my Yukon XL Denali. The dealership is doing what they can do address these mechanical issues, but I would prefer to have them diagnosed accurately in one visit.
