I have been experiencing "shift to park" issue when my car was in park and engine turned off with the 2017 Acadia Denali intermediately for some time. I brought my car in for service and they explained to my husband and I what was causing this to happen. They had the parts in stock to fix the issue. The customer service provided to us by Jamie Flees, service manager and JB, the service technician, was exceptional. It's always a positive experience working with the Cary service department.
